Sea Salt is Alaia Belize's Mediterranean-inspired restaurant in San Pedro, on Ambergris Caye. The kitchen combines that culinary direction with fresh Belizean ingredients, making local sourcing part of an international menu rather than limiting the restaurant to one national cuisine. Breakfast and later meals are served in the restaurant, with a curated wine selection accompanying the more substantial dishes. The coastal setting and intimate dining format distinguish it from Alaia's poolside grills and pizzeria. Chef's Table events add a multi-course dinner with wine pairings, offering another way to explore the kitchen beyond an ordinary à la carte meal.
