Sel & Miel brings the French brasserie to The Ritz-Carlton, Doha in West Bay Lagoon. A Parisian-style breakfast, coffee and pastries lead into lunch and dinner, with a menu rooted in familiar French recipes. Duck-leg confit with orange jus, foie gras with brioche and red-onion marmalade, and a Provençal bouillabaisse of prawns, mussels and local fish illustrate the kitchen's direction. Charcuterie and rib-eye with truffle fries give diners further ways to build a meal, while vegetarian and vegan choices are available. The main salon takes its decorative cues from Paris, and an indoor terrace brings natural light to the table. For a smaller gathering, the private dining room seats ten. Together these spaces suit anything from a pastry and coffee to a longer French dinner.
