Senia brings Hawaiian ingredients into a broader international approach to cooking on North King Street in Honolulu. Founding chef and owner Anthony Rush leads the kitchen, whose à la carte dishes are designed for sharing. The menu evolves collaboratively, drawing on both local produce and the team's varied experience. A separate tasting menu offers a closer view of the kitchen at the chef's counter on Friday and Saturday evenings. Seasonal ingredients guide the sequence, with technique and presentation developed around their character. Cocktails are curated by Rush and partner Katherine Nomura, and an upstairs loft provides a private dining setting for groups.
