Sézanne occupies the seventh floor of Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi, close to Tokyo Station. Its modern French cooking is served in a dining room created with interior architect André Fu, bringing a restrained contemporary setting to the tasting-menu experience. Stephen Lancaster took over the kitchen in April 2026, succeeding Daniel Calvert and continuing the restaurant's French foundations. The menu follows seasonal ingredients, including Japanese produce, while the hotel setting places the meal above one of the city's principal rail districts. Sézanne remains distinct from Maison Marunouchi, the hotel's more informal French bistro on the same floor.
