Shang Palace at Shangri-La Dalian brings Cantonese cooking together with provincial Chinese dishes and the seafood traditions of its coastal home. The menu ranges across seafood, noodles, grilled meats and vegetables, with spicy hotpot offering a different direction from the Cantonese selection. Eight private dining rooms take their names from Chinese mountains. Some look onto the hotel gardens, giving family gatherings and business meals a more secluded setting alongside the main restaurant.
