Shanghai Tavern occupies the former Shanghai Power Company building within The Shanghai EDITION, where original Art Deco details meet contemporary additions. The historic shell gives this all-day restaurant a particular sense of place in the city’s Bund district. The menu follows the seasons and revisits classic recipes with modern touches. A signature pork pie is served at the table with English piccalilli, pickled vegetables and mustard, providing a distinctly British reference within the wider European brasserie approach.
