Shapley's Restaurant has served Ridgeland since 1985, with steaks and seafood at the centre of its menu. The family-founded restaurant on Centre Street is now led by owners Jeffrey and Melissa Shapley, with executive chef Brian Hunt overseeing the kitchen. Tamales remain another recognisable part of its offering. A domestic and imported wine selection accompanies the food, with a bar providing space for drinks. Six private dining rooms accommodate groups ranging from eight to more than fifty guests, giving the restaurant considerable scope for celebrations and hosted dinners.
