The former Sheraton Urumqi Hotel on North Youhao Road now operates as Conrad Urumqi. The current hotel contains 230 rooms and connects directly to the Meimei shopping centre in the city's commercial district. An indoor pool and fitness centre provide facilities within the building. The elevated Skye lounge on the 37th floor looks towards the city and Tianshan Mountains, with its green interior drawing inspiration from Uyghur gardens. Centro offers Chinese and Western dishes around an open kitchen. The Chinese restaurant brings together Cantonese, Xinjiang, Huaiyang and Sichuan cooking, giving guests several regional perspectives within the hotel.
