Shtastlivetsa

Shtastlivetsa began in Veliko Tarnovo in 1997 and now has restaurants in Sofia, Veliko Tarnovo and Stara Zagora. The chain takes its name and inspiration from writer Aleko Konstantinov, whose pseudonym informs a concept built around the domestic elegance of European city interiors in the 1930s. The kitchen gives Bulgarian and Eastern European cooking a contemporary treatment, drawing on locally sourced farm and artisan products. Seasonal ingredients and regional traditions shape the shared approach. Locations include Sofia's Vitosha Boulevard and San Stefano Plaza, Stefan Stambolov Street in Veliko Tarnovo and Mall Galleria in Stara Zagora.
