Sir Elly's

Shanghai

Sir Elly's

Sir Elly's occupies the upper levels of The Peninsula Shanghai, where dinner can be paired with a broad view of the city. The restaurant's current identity centres on reimagined Northern Italian cuisine, adding an Italian perspective to this Bund address. The associated terrace sits on the 14th floor. Its U-shaped layout takes in the Huangpu and Suzhou rivers, Waibaidu Bridge and the towers of Pudong, bringing several of Shanghai's defining landmarks into one panorama. Cocktails and chef-selected snacks give the terrace its own purpose alongside the restaurant. A drink around sunset can become part of the occasion before a meal, or an evening visit can focus on the rivers and illuminated skyline. Terrace availability follows its seasonal operating arrangements.
