Six Senses Bhutan

Six Senses Bhutan comprises five lodges across the kingdom's western and central valleys: Thimphu, Punakha, Paro, Gangtey and Bumthang. Each has a different architectural identity, with suites and villas incorporating Bhutanese influences such as wood-burning stoves and Himalayan rugs. Guests can stay at one lodge or link several through a planned journey. The settings range from Thimphu's orchard and pine-covered hillside to Punakha's warmer valley and Bumthang's forest. Paro offers access to the Tiger's Nest climb, while Gangtey overlooks the valley associated with black-necked cranes. Experiences include forest hikes, meditation, spa treatments and cultural activities such as butter-lamp ceremonies, making the changing landscapes part of the accommodation concept.
