Sky Grill occupies the 24th floor of Hilton Baku, where an outdoor terrace and open kitchen accompany views across the city and Caspian Sea. Its menu gives grilled meat and seafood a central role, with wines to accompany the meal. Black Angus and Wagyu steaks sit alongside sea bass, salmon and jumbo prawns. The Taste of Azerbaijan selection adds a local direction, including dushbara lamb dumplings in broth and shah plov, with saffron rice, lamb, chestnuts and dried apricots enclosed in crisp pastry. Kebabs arrive with lavash, ajika and vegetables, while salads, mezze and desserts broaden the choice.
