Sky Lounge is the fusion restaurant on the 21st floor of Espinas Palace Hotel in Tehran's Saadat Abad district. Its elevated dining space looks over the city, with a terrace and an evening-led service that also includes Friday brunch. The menu ranges from cold tapas and salads to sushi, caviar, kebabs, beef cuts and Asian dishes. Sushi choices include prawn tempura and spicy salmon rolls, while desserts feature date cake, tiramisu and piña colada cheesecake. Drinks cover rose-water preparations, shakes, fruit and herbal teas, masala tea and barista coffee.
