Snake River Grill has served Jackson since 1993, combining a rustic dining setting with cooking that follows local farms and ranches. The seasonal menu retains longstanding favourites while introducing new preparations. Its steak tartare pizza with garlic aioli, capers and red onion remains a distinctive way to begin. Other published dishes range from potato rösti with smoked salmon to rabbit ragù with spinach pappardelle and bison striploin with Hatch-chilli romesco. Whole fish and roast chicken offer larger dishes for sharing. Wine and cocktails accompany dinner, and a private room holds up to 16 guests.
