Elements All Day Dining combines French, South American and Japanese influences with local dishes, with chef Simon Chen leading an international kitchen. Vegetarian, gluten-free and children's menus are available. The Chinese restaurant focuses on traditional regional flavours and has fifteen private dining rooms. II Japanese Restaurant provides a third culinary direction. Drinks at Elements include cocktails and wine by the glass, making it possible to choose a lighter meal there or a more private gathering in the Chinese restaurant.
