Starosel Restaurant is the original dining room of the Starosel Wine and Spa complex, serving Bulgarian and Thracian cooking since 2006. Its approach preserves regional traditions while adapting them to contemporary tastes, with the complex's own wines accompanying the food. Wood, stone and wrought iron give the two-storey interior its rural character. In warmer weather, a spacious terrace looks towards the vineyards and spa on one side and the internal garden on the other. The setting keeps the meal closely connected to the wine estate, while the menu offers a direct introduction to the region's cooking.
