Stikliai Restaurant has served European and French cooking in Vilnius's Old Town since 1987. Part of Stikliai Hotel on Gaono Street, its kitchen maintains a close connection to a 2.5-hectare farm in Dubingiai, where much of its vegetables, fruit, berries and herbs are grown. Both tasting and à la carte menus show the kitchen's detailed approach. Recent dishes have included red drum ceviche in a wheat tartlet with pumpkin jelly and mango, venison loin with smoked salsify and cranberry, and a chocolate dessert with yuzu, lime and passion fruit. Seasonal mushrooms and produce from the farm give the menu an agricultural foundation.
