Stock Hill occupies the former Kansas City Board of Trade building south of Country Club Plaza. Its two-storey dining room, large bar and lounge, and outdoor terrace give the modern steakhouse several distinct spaces within the historic address. The kitchen sources beef from Midwestern ranches and revisits familiar steakhouse dishes. Cuts include fillet mignon, Delmonico ribeye and Kansas City strip, with seafood and specially prepared sides broadening the menu. The Lounge has a marble bar, a wine and spirits selection and regular live music. Executive chef Frank LaLumia leads the current culinary team.
