Stubborn Seed is chef Jeremy Ford’s restaurant in Miami Beach’s South of Fifth neighbourhood. A glass-fronted kitchen makes the cooking visible from a dining room with an industrial design, while the menu follows seasonal ingredients through a succession of contemporary American dishes. The main dining room centres on tasting menus, with six-course and nine-course options offered. At the bar, diners can choose either a tasting menu or à la carte dishes, including the restaurant’s truffle chicken. Wine pairings and cocktails provide different ways to accompany the meal.
