Sugar Mill Restaurant uses a piece of Tobago’s plantation history as its setting at Mount Irvine Bay Resort. Guests dine beside a 150-year-old sugar mill, with the old structure giving the restaurant its name and visual identity. The food follows a casual Caribbean direction, with breakfast, lunch and dinner served here. Local Tobagonian influences feature alongside international choices, keeping the menu rooted in the island without making it narrowly specialised. An adjoining sea-view terrace looks towards Buccoo Reef and provides another setting for gatherings.
