Sun Valley Resort
Idaho
Sun Valley Resort in Idaho combines the historic Sun Valley Lodge with the Inn, cottages, apartments, condominiums and townhomes. The Lodge's accommodation includes suites with a separate living area, and celebrity suites commemorate figures associated with the resort, including Ernest Hemingway and founder Averell Harriman. The Lodge and Inn provide full hotel service, pools and fitness facilities, while several of the self-contained accommodation types add kitchens and laundry facilities. The wider resort offers skiing on Bald and Dollar Mountains, with mountain restaurants and a village containing dining, shops and a spa. Ice skating, bowling and summer activities give the resort a programme beyond the winter slopes.
