Sundara overlooks Jimbaran Bay at Four Seasons Resort Bali, combining a beachfront restaurant with a beach-club setting. During the day, lighter dishes accompany time by the pool; in the evening, the kitchen turns towards the barbecue traditions of Jimbaran's fishing community. Wood smoke and fire run through the dinner menu, reaching beyond the main courses into desserts. Sunday brunch brings pastries and seafood to the beachfront pool setting. For more private occasions, the mezzanine contains two dining rooms with ocean views, each accommodating up to 14 guests.
