SUSHISAMBA Bahrain occupies the 25th floor of Conrad Bahrain Financial Harbour, combining a restaurant, bar, open-air terrace and poolside setting above Manama. Views extend over the seafront and Bahrain Bay, with an open kitchen adding activity to the dining room. The food draws on Japan, Brazil and Peru, served in a small-plate format that encourages sharing.
