Swarovski Crystal Worlds in Wattens combines indoor installations with gardens behind its famous grass-covered Giant. The Chambers of Wonder explore light, reflection and performance, including work by James Turrell and an icy room with year-round snow. Outside, the garden, carousel and play tower give families reasons to linger. It is an imaginative excursion rather than a conventional museum of jewellery, and the contrast between enclosed installations and open grounds makes a varied half-day visit.
