Talavera is the Spanish-influenced steakhouse at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North. Prime cuts, seafood and seasonal produce draw on Spanish and Latin traditions, with dishes such as seafood paella, Wagyu ribeye with chimichurri and cinnamon churros. Signature gin-and-tonic cocktails accompany the menu. Indoor tables and an open-air terrace look across the desert and valley, making the changing evening light part of dinner. Two private dining spaces offer different settings: the Gin Room for smaller gatherings and the Wine Room surrounded by the restaurant's collection.
