Tangará Jean-Georges occupies the ground floor of Palácio Tangará in São Paulo, with windows looking into the greenery of Burle Marx Park. The cooking combines French technique, Asian influences and Brazilian ingredients, offered through both à la carte dishes and a six-course signature tasting menu. The main dining room is complemented by a Chef's Table in a more intimate private room. Signature cocktails and a cellar of more than 280 wines accompany the menus. The Ruinart Room provides a further private setting for up to fourteen guests, centred on Champagne pairings and gastronomic encounters.
