Tapasake combines a Japanese-Mediterranean restaurant with a summer pool club at One&Only Portonovi. Set beside Boka Bay, it brings food, cocktails and swimming into the same waterside setting, with panoramic sea views from the restaurant and pool area. The kitchen follows a fusion approach, drawing on Japanese techniques and Mediterranean flavours. Mixology is another focus, while open-air events take advantage of the space beside the water. Its seasonal pool-club format gives Tapasake a different rhythm from the resort’s more conventional dining rooms.
