Tavernetta is an Italian restaurant beside Denver Union Station, part of the Frasca Hospitality Group. Handmade pasta, Italian wine and regional spirits shape its offer, with a menu that moves between familiar preparations and seasonal ingredients. Published pasta dishes include mafaldine with lamb ragù and pecorino, bucatini carbonara with guanciale, and radiatore alla Norma with aubergine and ricotta salata. Seafood and sandwiches broaden the selection, from branzino with vegetables and salsa verde to a porchetta panino with rapini and mozzarella. Gelato, sorbet and tiramisu complete the meal.
