The Shoeshoe Restaurant is the dining venue at Thaba Bosiu Cultural Village, near the historic fortress outside Maseru. Its menu combines a contemporary restaurant approach with Lesotho's food traditions, offering staples such as papa, potele, nyekoe and seketsa alongside house breads and other dishes. Service runs from breakfast through lunch and dinner, with high tea and Sunday brunch also offered. Desserts include chocolate fondant with caramelised oranges and almond ice cream.
