Inside The Cloudveil hotel near Jackson’s Town Square, The Bistro adapts the neighbourhood brasserie to a Wyoming mountain town. Gavin Fine and Roger Freedman’s restaurant combines French foundations with seasonal ingredients and a European outlook. An oyster bar, zinc-topped bar and several indoor dining areas give the room different points of focus. Outdoor café seating extends the experience in suitable weather, while the hotel lobby offers an additional setting for selected food and drinks. The kitchen serves meals throughout the day, from house-made pastries and coffee to seasonal salads and dinner. French-inspired cocktails and a European-focused wine list carry the same thread into the drinks programme.
