The Champs Restaurant occupies the upper floor of its small hillside hotel in Picard, Portsmouth, with panoramic views over the Caribbean. Its kitchen makes food to order using local ingredients, ranging from homemade breads and breakfast dishes to pizzas, burgers and more substantial evening plates. Examples include lionfish cooked en papillote and aubergine Parmesan. Changing dinner menus provide vegetarian choices, while dedicated pizza evenings use homemade crusts.
