The Cottage Greenwich is Brian Lewis's modern American restaurant in central Greenwich, opened in 2022 as the second Cottage location. Regional farmers and purveyors supply ingredients for a repertoire that draws on several culinary traditions while retaining an American restaurant framework. Menu examples include spicy scallop tartare over crisp sushi rice, Wagyu brisket bao with kimchi, and lobster spaghetti with Calabrian chilli. Larger dishes range from butter-poached halibut with coconut curry to a burger with Comté, sriracha aioli and bacon-and-onion jam.
