The Dining Room at Brush Creek Ranch
Wyoming

Dining at Brush Creek Ranch is closely connected to the ranch’s own agricultural work. Greenhouse vegetables, Medicine Bow Creamery cheeses and ranch-raised American Wagyu form the foundations of a food programme shaped by the landscape of Wyoming’s North Platte River Valley. Trailhead Lodge serves breakfast beneath wooden beams and antler chandeliers, with fireplaces and views across meadows towards the mountains. Lunch and dinner are centred on Pioneer Kitchen, whose open kitchen brings the cooking into view and whose menus follow seasonal, local ingredients. Cheyenne Club at The Farm offers another dining setting within the ranch programme. In summer, selected meals move outdoors to Creekside Camp for open-fire cooking beside Brush Creek. These varied venues are part of the Lodge & Spa’s inclusive stay.
