The Dining Room at Salish Lodge

The former Dining Room at Salish Lodge is now The Restaurant & Terrace Bar, overlooking Snoqualmie Falls. Its seasonal Pacific Northwest menu brings together local seafood and responsibly sourced steakhouse dishes, keeping the surrounding region at the centre of the cooking. The setting offers several ways to enjoy the outlook: indoor tables, a heated pergola used throughout the year and an outdoor patio in season. The views extend across the falls and wooded landscape, with the terrace providing a closer connection to the open air. Long-standing breakfast traditions remain part of the experience. The multi-course Country Breakfast dates to 1916, and Honey from Heaven features at brunch. Dedicated vegan menus and children’s choices broaden the options alongside the main menus.
