The Farmington Hotel stands beside the Farmington River at Robertsfield, opposite Roberts International Airport. Opened in 2017, it offers 164 rooms and suites, with river-facing accommodation and larger suites that add separate living areas. Airport transfers are available to guests. Three outdoor pools include an infinity pool overlooking the river and a children's pool. A gym, basketball and beach-volleyball facilities broaden the leisure offering. Dining includes Toscana, Sokyu, a lounge restaurant and a pool bar, giving guests several settings for meals and refreshments. Four conference rooms provide more than 700 square metres of event space close to the airport.
