The Hotel Hershey carries its chocolate-town heritage into a Pennsylvania hotel stay through historic interiors, photographs and artwork. Rooms in the original section retain the character of the building, while larger premium rooms add sitting areas and sofa beds. Poolside rooms in the West Tower have a patio or balcony overlooking the indoor pool, giving accommodation choices a different outlook from those in the historic wing. Dining ranges from American classics at The Circular to contemporary Italian cooking at Trevi 5. The newer 1933 Restaurant & Tavern combines steakhouse dishes and pub food with cocktails and draught beer, while Chef's Market offers coffee, prepared food and chocolate treats. In the Iberian Lounge, chocolate cocktails and a grand fireplace provide a particularly Hershey way to end the evening.
