The HouseBoat Grill

The HouseBoat Grill is moored in the Montego Bay Marine Park Fish Sanctuary, giving dinner a floating setting in the sheltered water. Guests can eat in the downstairs dining room, on the open-air upper deck or beside the water, where snook and tarpon are part of the evening scene. Chef Rich Nurse develops a changing fusion menu with international influences and seasonal ingredients. The restaurant opened in 2001, following earlier chapters in the boat's life that included a fondue restaurant. Its Moon Deck offers dining beneath the stars, while wine and drinks menus accompany the food.
