The Inn at Little Washington

The Inn at Little Washington began in a former garage in 1978 and has grown into a collection of rooms and historic buildings in Washington, Virginia. Patrick O'Connell's restaurant remains central to the identity of the stay. Accommodation is distributed across different buildings, giving guests an individual choice of setting. Breakfast can be served in the room or in the Terrace Room overlooking the garden, and afternoon tea preserves another country-inn ritual. A private pool beside the Parsonage House is reserved for overnight guests. Dinner in the main dining room offers a more elaborate experience, while Patty O's across the street provides a casual restaurant and bakery alternative within the same village setting.
