The Kitchen is the restaurant at Rooms Tbilisi on Chovelidze Street. Chef Levan Buadze leads an internationally influenced contemporary menu that uses daily produce from the hotel's Udabno Regenerative Farm, making the relationship between farm and restaurant central to its cooking. Alongside regular service, the kitchen hosts collaborative dinners and prepares off-menu specials. Drinks can continue in the hotel's Bar Room, which serves cocktails and bar snacks, or the Garden Bar, where botanical ingredients and herbs connect the cocktails with its greenery-filled setting.
