The North Room
Mermaid Beach, Australia
The North Room turns a small Mermaid Beach address into a focused dining experience. With only a handful of tables, it gives the kitchen's produce-led tasting menus room to set the pace. Dinner follows the longer menu, while lunch offers a choice of formats, supported by a considered wine list. It suits couples and small parties who value close attention and a sense of connection to the cooking, without needing a grand waterfront setting.
