The Preacher's Son
Arkansas

The Preacher's Son occupies a restored church close to Bentonville City Square. The former sanctuary retains its soaring structure, with eight large support beams, a bar formed from the apse and stained art glass by George Dombek. Individually suspended gold bells add another distinctive feature to the dining area. Executive chef Neal Gray builds dinner around local, seasonal ingredients, drawing on experience in restaurants including The French Laundry and Blue Hill at Stone Barns. An extensive wine list accompanies the food. Celeste offers drinks and bites on the rooftop, while Undercroft, the basement speakeasy, adds cocktails and live jazz.
