The Red Rooster brings the produce of Kelly Way Gardens into the dining programme at Woodstock Inn & Resort. The kitchen works with the resort's gardener as well as local purveyors, drawing on heirloom vegetables, regional cheeses and organic meats. Breakfast, lunch and dinner give the restaurant a role throughout the day. Its casual atmosphere and adjoining bar allow for a full meal or a shorter visit, while indoor and patio seating provide different settings as the weather changes. The connection to the gardens extends to cocktails as well as food.
