The Restaurant at The Dolder Grand is Heiko Nieder’s fine-dining address above Zurich. His cooking explores a wide spectrum of flavours, using precise preparation and contemporary ideas to move beyond conventional combinations. Lunch offers an Amuse-Bouche menu, while dinner presents a longer Restaurant menu with vegetarian alternatives. The formats give diners different levels of introduction to Nieder’s work rather than a single fixed experience. A raised Chef’s Table within the kitchen seats four to five guests, providing a close view of the team preparing a seven-course meal. A separate private room accommodates up to 12.
