The Surf Club Restaurant brings Thomas Keller's interpretation of Continental cooking to Surfside, in a dining room that recalls the property's history of grand parties and leisure. Its à la carte menu focuses on recognisable European classics, presented with a degree of ceremony. Caesar salad is prepared at the table, while dishes such as Maine lobster Thermidor, Dover sole meunière and beef short-rib Wellington give the menu its traditional foundations. Raw oysters, prawn cocktail and caviar offer other ways to begin. A substantial wine list spans Old and New World producers, and signature cocktails draw inspiration from the original Surf Club's drinking culture.
