Local lenga wood gives the building a close relationship with its surroundings, while 40 rooms and suites keep the landscape in view. Guided excursions explore Patagonia through hiking, riding, cycling and scenic journeys, with wildlife watching woven into the programme. Back at the hotel, the restaurant draws on neighbouring estancias and Patagonian ingredients, accompanied by Chilean wines.
