Dining at Timor Plaza Hotel moves between mountain-and-sea views, a garden terrace and a lobby café. Panorama, the signature restaurant, serves modern international food, including Chinese, Indonesian and local dishes, with produce drawn where possible from the hotel’s Hera farm and local growers. Sky Bar and Sky Garden Terrace bring drinks outdoors, looking across Dili Bay. They offer a different setting from a full restaurant meal, particularly for a gathering around cocktails or wine.
