The restaurant's open setting keeps the beach and ocean in view. Dinner centres on a changing selection of grilled dishes and seafood. The adjoining beachfront bar is positioned for sunset drinks, with cocktails incorporating house-made ales, bitters, tonics, kombucha and other fermented elements. Together, the restaurant and bar give guests a choice between a full meal, shared plates and drinks as the island light changes.
