Tribeca is the American brasserie at The Ritz-Carlton, Baku, combining a Manhattan-inspired concept with ingredients grown in the hotel’s Mystique Garden. Its open kitchen makes food preparation part of the room, while the menu connects the brasserie format with Azerbaijani produce and culinary traditions. Breakfast includes both a buffet and cooked dishes, from shakshuka and eggs Benedict to made-to-order omelettes. House-brewed kombucha joins breads, pastries and fruit.
