Meals at Tufi Resort draw on the sea and fjords surrounding its Oro Province setting. Local chefs prepare daily set menus using seasonal mainland and local produce, with reef fish and seafood a particular focus alongside meat, chicken and regional dishes. Accommodation packages include continental breakfast, lunch and a three-course dinner. Lunch can range from salads, wraps and burgers to freshly caught fish; dinner changes regularly and follows an entrée, main-course and dessert sequence. A buffet may be offered when guest numbers allow. The resort can accommodate dietary requirements with advance notice. Its usual beach barbecue at Komoa Beach provides a different setting for lunch, often following the Tufi Cultural Experience tour. Dining follows the day's excursions through changing menus rather than à la carte ordering.
