Urban Kitchen is the international buffet restaurant at JW Marriott Hotel Macau, on the first floor of the Galaxy Macau complex in Cotai. Its open, lively dining format brings regional and international preparations together for all-day service. The restaurant divides its offering into food zones with dedicated chefs. These cover seafood, Macau and Portuguese influences, Tuscan cooking, Cantonese food, Beijing and Sichuan dishes, and Japanese and Korean selections. Desserts, soft-serve ice cream and freshly prepared juices complete the buffet, allowing a meal to move across several cuisines within the same restaurant.
